The property consists of Palazzo Guicciardi and, in the same building, overlooking the entrance courtyard, but with a separate entrance, "Il Granaio di Palazzo Guicciardi"; obtained from the renovation of the ancient granary.
The property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests with three bedrooms (a large double bedroom, a second single bedroom, which can also be set up with two beds, and another with a single bed), a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a additional bathroom, in the main house; and in the Granary, which includes a spacious kitchen with dining area, a living room overlooking the loggia, a spacious double bedroom - which can also be set up with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower. A sofa bed (120x196) in the living room can accommodate another guest or two children.
A cot for children up to two years can be added on request in the two double bedrooms.
 
Palazzo Guicciardi, with the large kitchen with the ancient fireplace, the complete set-up with six-burner gas hob, fan-assisted oven, fridge-freezer, slicer, toaster, dishwasher; with the seventeenth-century study with stereo system, the green lounge, the porch and the large outdoor spaces with ping pong table and barbecue in the garden, allow all guests to comfortably share time at home and outside.
 
Palazzo Guicciardi and Il Granaio can be rented together (up to 8 guests) at a special price, or, separately (up to 5 guests in the main house, up to 3 in Il Granaio).
The minimum rentable period is 3 nights for the main residence, one in the granary.
