The property comprises of Palazzo Guicciardi and, in the same building but with separate entrance,  "Il Granaio di Palazzo Guicciardi" obtained from the restoration of the old barn. 

The propery can confortable accomodate until 9/10 guests with three bedrooms (a big double, one twin or double and one with a single bed ) and two bathrooms with bath and shower in the main house, and in "il Granaio",  consisting of a living room with kitchen, living room overlooking a loggia , large double bedroom and bathroom with doccia. A sofa bed  (120x196 cm) in the living room can accomodate another guest or two children. A cot can be added on request in the two double bedrooms.

In the large main kitchen of Palazzo Guicciardi, fully equipped and with six gas burners, Thermo ventilated oven, fridge-freezer, slicer, Toaster, Cookware and tableware, in the stua with stereo, lounges and the great outdoors, with table tennis and barbecue in the garden enables all guests to enjoy the time spent together at home and outdoors.

Palazzo Guicciardi and Il Granaio can be rented toghether (until 9 guests) at a special price, or separately (until 6 guests in the main proprety, until 4 in the Granaio).
